Late Over.....

Before we moved the girls talked my into having a late overs with their buddies before they had to say good bye!! This is Shelb and her two BFF's...Ellie and Hayden. These girls are so cute together. I have never seen 3 girls get along so good. Usually if you have more than 2 girls at a time, there is drama. But not with these three!! They even had secret knocks so they they knew who was there. They made a really cute dance video this summer...we called them the TuTu girls. We are all really going to miss these two girls, I know Shelby is!

The girls had lots of plans for this night. They ate pizza, played games, and made friendship necklaces. We were going to watch a movie but they were all so particular about their necklaces being just so...it took way longer than we expected. But they had a blast.. We are definitely going to have to keep in touch!!

24th of July

What a fun weekend we had!!! We spent it at the cabin with all the fam. The girls absolutely love this place. They can't get enough. I think it has to do with dirt, dirt, and more dirt. And there is that little item of not taking a BatH that is also a bonus. We had almost all the cousins there, just missing one little Sydney. The kids just played and played until they were totally exhausted at the end of the day!! We rode 4 wheelers which is my little stylin Karli's favorite thing to do. One night I took her out on a ride and I couldn't understand why she kept tipping over. I thought it was because of her huge helmet...but it was because she had fallen asleep. I can't get over how adventurous and fun this little girl is. If any of my girls were suppose to be a boy it would definitely be her.

We went on a hike and smelled the flowers. We even found a little water snake!! The kids all thought that was so much fun. We spent a lot of time with family and all the cousins got along so well.

My girls also got a lesson on in learning how to spit properly from their cousin Tallen. Man he is quite the spitter!!! He almost got the camera in this shot. I don't know if I was totally jazzed about that but whatever goes on the mountain. And of course my little Karli was loving every minute of that.

Did I mention dirt, dirt, dirt???? This was how dirty our socks were every night after a full day of playing!! Karli wanted me to take a picture so she could see how dirty they were.

I can't imagine how they could get so dirty after making a dirt slide. But they loved it and mom even allowed it for a little while. Kena had to show off how dirty her bum was after!!!

All the cousins at the fort!!! What cute kids!!
While they were at the fort they gathered up sticks, pine cones, leaves, anything interesting so they could make there forest friends. My sister brought up glue, googly eyes, and pipe cleaners and the kids made all kinds of crazy things. Turkeys, butterflies, bows and arrows, etc... What a bunch of great imaginations.
One of our last activities was going out on the pontoon boat at Fish Lake. The kids loved it!!! They went fishing...which was a positive experience for some and a negative for others. Those that caught the fish were totally excited about it...those who didn't were a little sad. But they all had fun riding on the boat.

D Day!!!

So today is the day to make decisions. Maybe not a final decision but one that will get us through the next year. The girls are starting school in a month and the decision needs to be made so they won't be jerked out of school in the middle of the school year.

We love our neighborhood now!!! How can I say how much we love our neighbors!! The girls are so are comfortable here. They have so many friends....just out our front door. That is what I wanted for my kids!!! They even have secret knocks so they know who is at the door!!! I love being close to the conveniences of life. Now I don't claim to be a shop til you drop girl...but it is nice to not have to plan a whole day to go to one store. The down side is the house for me is not ideal and the landlord is even worse. And I still feel lost and like we are in a holding pattern.

Second option....to move into another house in the neighborhood. Save a bunch of money... plus! But be further away from all the girls friends and the neighbors we have come to love. Huge down side was to move...just to move!! AAGH!!

Third option...go back to Morgan. But we had tried twice before to get back up there and it always went wrong. For good reasons. Blessings in disguise!!! So I headed up to Morgan yesterday, Friday, July 16th. We were going up to just visit friends and on the way up I said a pray in my heart that if I was suppose to be in Morgan...I would find a livable rental that day!!! We didn't have time to mess around. School was starting in a month. Well, long story short...with alot of coincidences (i don't believe in coincidences ) we found a rental. Which there hadn't been any for months. Answer to my prayer...yes!!

So needless to say...we are on the move again. Back to Morgan we go!!! The girls will start school up there and we are there to stay until they graduate!! I truly believe in answers to prayers, and sometimes it is not want we may want exactly but you have to walk by faith!!!

Red, White, and Blue!!!

Yes...I am still behind! This is really the 4th of July!! This year we headed out and made the long trek to Wyoming!! I have to confess at this point and say I wasn't excited!! Just for the drive..i swear it is brutal. But I seriously hate driving!!! I am worse than all of my 4 kids put together. I made it though...with the help of, Breaking Dawn!! I read the whole book to and from Wyoming.

I was excited to see the fam.... we haven't seen them in a while so we were all excited to see them. Especially, grama and grampa who both landed themselves in the hospital right before we went to visit. We had a blast!!! Crazy aunt Kimmie took very good care of us!! I was a little nervous to stay with her because she has two indoor dogs and Makena is deathly afraid of dogs. She freaked out the first night...but the morning after the dogs were her best friends. Which made the rest of our stay much more pleasant. The other reason I was nervous was the Lynam blood flows very freely in that house and I was afraid to be taken over...but we all had a great time. And I even loosened up a little....amazing I know.

We played with cousins, visited grams and gramps in the hospital, went window shopping in Cody, went the damn, went to the Cody parade, and watched fireworks
Karli just CHILLIN at the parade!! She
loved the candy!!!

My favorite part of the 4th of July is getting
my girls all red, white and blued up!!

We played a little baseball!!

We went to watch some fireworks and we
scored, each one of my girls walked
away with this big backpack full of
fireworks!!
We got to see our awesome aunts!!

And decided that smoke bombs stink!!!

Loved watching fireworks!!

And most of all...loved being a family!!!
I love my family and the fun times we
spend together!!
Look at my cute little beach babe!!
We also spent a day at the lake..we
had fun but it was a little freezing!
