New Haircut!!

My little bug is sporting a new do!!! I finally cut off her baby multi length hair!!! We cut it into a little bob and she looks adorable and she knows it too. I think she likes it as much as I do. She walks around struttin' her stuff!! But don't let that cute little face and hair do fool you though!! This kid is a monster---well that might be a little harsh. But she has already started the terrible two's. Screaming, yelling, throwing fits, demanding her way...and all through grunts and squeals. She is not interested in talking what so ever. What is a mom to do? My little boss calls her "a bruiser" and her other older sisters call her "the destroyer". But we love her anyway..despite the fact we would like to send her back sometimes. (Did I just say that out loud)!! She is a keeper!! She can melt your heart with her kisses and snuggles. We love her very much!!

Labor Day~~~

We decided to get away for Labor day weekend and have a mini vacation. So where did we go!! HOME of course. We went up to Salt Lake and stayed in a hotel. That is the girls most favorite thing to do. It wouldn't matter if we didn't do anything.....just staying in the hotel would be enough. It was a bonus that the hotel had a mini water park inside. The girls had a lot of fun..there was a mini jungle gym and some water slides. We only stayed for an hour but they had fun anyway. I guess swimming never gets old to kids!!!

We also went to the zoo and saw all the baby animals. The baby giraffe, snow leopard, tigers, and meerkats.... We missed the baby elephant by one week. We were so sad, but we did get to vote for the name. Here are my little monkeys!!!

My little bug had so much fun!! She absolutely loves animals. She also got tuckered out, so she decided to take a little cat nap on mommy. And I get to document that I was actually there!!!

We also got to see a lot of friends!!! We had so much fun at the Houston's...catching up, eating, and letting kids play. We also went up to Morgan and got to see everyone!!! It felt so good to actually go to church and know everyone there. Thanks to Sarah and Ryan for the great meal and Bishop and Diana for letting us stay with you. The girls got to see all their best buds and I don't think any one of us wanted to leave. But as always.....good things have to come to an end.

First Day of PRESCHOOL!!!!

Another year of preschool!!! Luckily we found a way cute girl that just started her preschool this year. She is gong ho (don't know how to spell that) and has lots of exciting things planned. I am so glad it started.....the torture of waiting was killing my little boss. The girls started a full two weeks before her first day, so everyday was "Do I get to go to school today MOM?" Looking on the bright side....at least she didn't have to wait until after Labor Day! I know these two pictures are the same....they were to cute not to post.

Everyday when she goes in...she finds her frog with her name on it and then puts it on the lily pad with her name on it. Then she sits down and practices writing her name. She can almost do it.....except for the "k". She says "that one is way to hard". What a cutie!! I love how she is not afraid to speak her mind.
